Thank you for taking the time to read the Principal’s Page today.  I would love to meet you in person and tell you how excited I am about our new schools and what Imagine brings to the table in helping us create a wonderful learning community.  But for the time being, let me share a bit with you here about Imagine Schools and The Imagine Classical Academy at Indigo Ranch. 

The philosophy of Imagine Schools is based on Six Guiding Principles.  These six principles are what matter most to any school that chooses to align with the Imagine Schools charter school company.

Those Six Guiding Principles include:
• Adhering to shared values – shared values such as integrity, justice, fun, passion for learning, and joy in work
• Parent choice and satisfaction – this is critical to the viability of what we do as a school and can be tracked through stability in enrollment, attendance and parent surveys
• Academic achievement – students must show significant gains with accurate assessment tools and progress must be tracked on a regular basis with interventions implemented immediately when issues arise
• Positive character development – along with shared values, this is mandatory in educating the whole child
• Economic sustainability – finances drive the engine in any organization and economic sustainability is necessary to the growth and stability of any school
• New school development – nation-wide new school development enhances the ability of Imagine Schools to provide an economy of scale to all schools in the network while maintaining a site-based management model at the local level

Imagine Schools evaluates the organization on these principles and we hold ourselves accountable to a standard of excellence with each principle.
